Squadrons of the Arkansas Wing
Arkansas Wing is home to 12 Squadrons
Join your fellow civic-minded community members who volunteer with the Civil Air Patrol throughout Arkansas. Our volunteers make our essential missions possible. Without the more than 61,000 volunteer civilian members of Civil Air Patrol nationally, we simply could not provide our leadership-developing program to tens of thousands of youth, save hundreds of lives each year, and help make our community a better place to live.
Civil Air Patrol has volunteers for people from all backgrounds and ages. You don’t need to be a pilot or a member of the Armed Forces (though pilots and veterans are welcome to share their experiences). CAP volunteers can be teachers, medical professionals, public employees, engineers, machinists, truck drivers, business people, and anybody 12 and older.
